	Commentary 10. The photomicrograph shows blast cells which vary somewhat in size but are relatively large. Their agranular cytoplasm is easily discerned, and their nuclei show multiple nucleoli. They were typed and found to carry T-cell markers, in keeping with the L2 morphology.
