Ticket returns:

We do not guarantee to refund the price of returned tickets. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of the Committee. Please contact us if you have purchased tickets which you cannot use. We will see if we can help. [back to top]

Disabled access:

All Saints' Church, Dulverton and The Avenue Methodist Church, Minehead are both wheelchair friendly and have disabled toilet facilities. All of the other venues we use involve steps and toilet facilities vary.

In Minehead, the staff of the Regal Theatre are used to helping wheelchair users up to the auditorium where they have spaces reserved for two wheelchairs each with an adjoining seat for someone accompanying the wheelchair user. W.C.s are available but help from theatre staff may be required. Contact the theatre for more information on 01643 706430.

St. George's Church in Dunster has a tarmac path from the lych-gate to the south door. There are three steps to get into the church which is then on the level. We use some moveable chairs which can be removed to allow for a wheelchair. There are no toilet facilities at the Church and access to the public toilets down on the road may be awkward.

Please contact us on 01643 704629 or 01643 702353 for more detailed information and we will do what we can to help. [back to top]

Programme suggestions:

We welcome programme suggestions. These will be sent to the Music Director. It helps him each year to put together interesting concerts. Many factors dictate what we can play. Some works require an orchestra too big for our venues. Others involve combinations of instruments which would prove tricky. Some works we would like to play do not fit in with other items in a particular programme. Click here to send a suggestion. Click here for a postal address. [back to top]

Concessions:

The only concessions we give is for students. This is to encourage young people to take an interest in classical music. We cannot give concessions to people of retirement age as too many audience members are in this category and we would be unable to afford it. We hope that our ticket prices will be seen as low for the quality of music they provide and we encourage people to come to as many of the concerts as they can. [back to top]
